How long does it take to process a refund?

We aim to process all returns within 10 working days from the day we receive it. Once your refund has been processed, we recommend that you allow between 3 to 5 business days for the funds to appear back in your account or up to 24 hours if you paid via Paypal.

All refunds are processed using the original method of payment.
