When you buy an E-Gift card, an email will be sent to you on confirmation of your order and this will include the unique code to your E-Gift card. If you purchase multiple E-Gift cards you will be sent multiple E-Gift card emails.
E-Gift cards can be redeemed across several transactions. An E-Gift card is valid for 5 years from the date of purchase. An E-Gift card cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund.
To purchase items using an E-Gift card, simply enter the code in the promo box in the cart to deduct the amount of your E-Gift card. Please note that if redeeming more than one E-Gift card, the one with the lowest amount will always be fully redeemed first, followed by the one with the higher amount. Any remaining balance can be redeemed at a later time.
It's possible to take advantage of another promo at the same time as you redeem your E-Gift card. Add the promo code to deduct the promotion amount, then add your E-Gift card number to redeem the cash value.
In order to receive free delivery on your purchase, your order value needs to exceed the free delivery threshold after you've applied your E-Gift card.
E-Gift cards are only redeemable against any product sold on our website. It's not possible to redeem an E-Gift card against shipping charges.
Please note that our E-gift cards are not physical cards - at WATG we love to do our bit to reduce waste and we feel that E-gift cards are the perfect gift as they are totally digital! No plastic to throw away :)
