Why is my promo code not working?

Our promo codes cannot be used on any items that are already reduced in price (i.e. sales items, yarn bundles), gift cards or certain selected items. These exclusions are also outlined in our terms and conditions here.

It is only possible to take advantage of one promo code at a time. If you have more than one promo code, you can apply the most advantageous by using the 'remove' button in the checkout area.
