For all returns, please print your order confirmation email and include a brief description of the nature of the return/exchange. If you do not have access to a printer, you can write your return details on a piece of paper and include it in your parcel.
Please be aware that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend that you use a trackable service and keep hold of your proof of postage until your refund/exchange has been processed. We are not held liable for returned parcels that are lost in transit. We aim to process returns within 7 working days from the date of receipt.
