For all returns, please contact our Customer Service Team to get a Return Authorization (RA) Number. Once you have the RA Number, print your order confirmation email and include a brief description of the return/exchange details along with the RA Number. If you don't have a printer, you can write the return details on a piece of paper and include it in your parcel.
To ensure a smooth process, please write the RA Number on the outside of your parcel and include it in the paperwork inside.
To make it easier and ensure you have not forgotten anything, please read through the checklist below before sending your return:
- Order Number: Make sure you write the order number associated with your purchase.
- Contact Details: Provide your full name, email address, phone number and updated shipping address if required
- Reason for Return: Specify the reason for your return (e.g., changed my mind, wrong color, don't like it).
- Type of Return: Indicate whether you would like a refund or an exchange.
- Return Authorisation Number: Contact the Customer Service Team to obtain the Return Authorisation Number.
- Paperwork and Label: Make sure you add the Return Authorisation Number to your paperwork and label in capital letters.
- Packaging and Dispatch: Safely package your return and dispatch it to us!
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable service and keeping your proof of postage until your refund/exchange is processed. We are not liable for parcels lost in transit. Returns are processed within 10 working days from receipt.
