STANDARD DELIVERY
For USA and Canada customers, please allow up to 2 working days from the order date for our warehouse team to pack and dispatch your order.
For UK, EU and all other customers, please allow up to 2 working days from the order date for our warehouse team to pack and dispatch your order.
For some international destinations, the delivery company will hand over your parcel to a different final mile courier. We have included this information in the table below.
For most international destinations, duties and taxes will need to be paid in order for your order to be delivered. If you are in the UK, EU or USA we will pay these for you but if you are anywhere else you will have to pay these yourself. For more information, please click here.

EXPRESS DELIVERY
We have listened to your feedback and we’re pleased to announce that we’ve recently launched an express delivery service with DHL.
All customers based in the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Germany and France are now given the option to select the express delivery option at checkout. We hope to offer this service to other destinations soon.
Please note: you must place your order before 12:00 GMT (Monday to Friday) in order for your order to be dispatched on the same day, if your order is placed on the weekend or after 12:00 GMT it will be dispatched on the next business day.
