STANDARD RETURNS POLICY
To qualify for a return/exchange, you will need to return your order back to us within 21 days* from the day it was delivered to you.
All items must be returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. We are unable to accept returns for used items unless it’s faulty or we've made a mistake.
Please be aware that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend that you use a trackable service and keep hold of your proof of postage until your refund/exchange has been processed. We are not held liable for returned parcels that are lost in transit. We aim to process returns within 7 working days from the date of receipt. If we don’t have stock of the item you wish to exchange, we will refund your order and send you a confirmation email.
If you've returned a whole order that was paid for with an E-Gift card, a replacement E-Gift card for the amount will be issued to you via email.
If you’ve returned an order that was paid for using a combination of debit/credit card and an E-Gift card, we'll refund anything that you paid for on your debit/credit card first, and then the remaining amount will be issued as a new E-Gift card.
If you have returned a whole order, you will be refunded for the full amount paid including the outbound shipping charge.
