Our team processes orders really quickly so depending on the stage of processing that your order is at when we receive your request, we may not be able to cancel or amend it. Don't worry if that's the case - we will help you with returning the order instead.
Please note that we are unable to amend the delivery address for an order once it has been dispatched. You will need to contact the courier directly to do this.
If the courier is unable to deliver your order, they will return it back to our warehouse and we will email you to arrange a redelivery or refund at your request.
